Chibi Vaati WIP 2: his cape!

Spent all of last night just during the live stream doing his cape. Just getting the model of it together was a nightmare, and actually setting up the cloth simulation is an even bigger nightmare, I still have a crap ton of tweaking to do before it looks just right.

Right now it's clipping through his arms a whole bunch, eek!
